Welcome to the Android Top Gun Development Training Camp!
Are you ready to take your Android development to the next level? Do you know the basics of environment setup and have completed “Hello World” and other sample programs?
Then our Android Top Gun Development Training Camp is for you!
The Android Top Gun Development Training Camp is a hands-on, fast track, two-day (full weekend) training program designed for intermediate Android developers to advance their Android development skills.
The training camp will provide developers essential skills to develop applications on Android mobile platform. These skills allow the programmers to develop applications for Android devices, including phones, tablets, and mobile devices.
About our Instructors
Sheng Yang, Senior Principle Consultant & Android Top Gun Camp Instructor, Beyondsoft Consulting Inc.
Sheng Yang has over 10 years of software development experiences, Sheng has deep experiences and knowledge in Android and mobile space, especially on consumer oriented mobile product. He led development of several mobile applications especially Android. Right now Sheng is focusing on LBS services in Android applications.
He was Engineering Director for PlayPhone, where he managed global development teams to development mobile platforms including content management, delivery, and billing.
Sheng holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Prerequisites & Requirements
Bring your own laptop since this is a hands-on training class.
This is an intermediate class. You should have installed and used the following.
- Java
- Eclipse
- Android SDK 2.x
You should have completed writing code examples, such as the “Hello World” program and other beginning level programs.
We will not be performing environment checkups for this training camp. You should be able to achieve and successfully compile a "Hello World" Android app inside of the Android 2.x SDK prior to attending.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be handled only if we must change the date or reschedue training. Due to the reduced price, we are no longer offering refunds.
Rescheduling Policy:
Beyondsoft Consulting reserves the right to reschedule due to insufficient registrations, instructor emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. If it is deemed necessary to reschedule the class, registrants will be notified immediately. If a registrant cannot attend on the rescheduled date, they will be offered a full refund.
